PHOENIX® Freestanding Punching Bag

The freestanding punching bag is an optimal training partner for many combat sports such as boxing, kickboxing, or Thai boxing, and many more. The sturdy, large striking pad of the boxing dummy is suitable for a variety of punching and kicking combinations and is made of a solidly crafted foam padding with a vinyl cover. The innovative spring system of the freestanding punching bags is safe and reduces the strain on the base and padding. The use of high-quality materials allows for even heavy training on the freestanding punching bag. Filling the base with sand or gravel ensures a stable stand.
