One-handed Headball Pendulum UNO

This effective training aid improves heading play in a playful way. The height at which the ball is hung can be quickly and easily adjusted using the external rope guide. As a result, each player can train individually, as the training aid can be adapted to any size and jumping ability. The supplied rope has a total length of 12 m. The pendulum is made of a sturdy aluminum construction, making it particularly durable and weather-resistant. In contrast to the two-arm heading pendulum (F3755), the one-arm heading pendulum is fully welded and is supplied in one piece.
