Bänfer® Handstand blocks

Handstand blocks relieve the wrists during handstands by providing optimal pressure distribution and less extreme bending of the hands. The wooden blocks are used for handstand exercises in gymnastics. Before performing a handstand on the parallel bars, the different handstand phases are practiced on the handstand blocks at a safe height close to the ground.
