Handmaster Plus® Hand Trainer Set

The Handmaster Plus is a hand trainer suitable for training the hand muscles and individual fingers. In various exercises, you can strengthen and build the muscles for extension and flexion.

The soft foam ball fits very well in the hand due to its shape. Rubber cords are attached to the ball to provide resistance. The 4 loops above the finger trainer are suitable for the fingers, and the loop below is for the thumb. This allows each finger to be trained, strengthened, and reinforced individually. Another positive effect of finger and hand training is that it improves coordination and finger and hand flexibility.
