Magic string
The Magic Cord is a popular training tool for group gymnastics and can be used while standing, walking, or sitting. The gymnastic circle is suitable for children, adults, and seniors, and is also recommended for people with disabilities. The participants form a circle; the magic circle is also laid out in a circular shape.
The following exercises can be performed using the magic circle, for example:
- Passing the cord in a circle to the right and left, also to the music
- Lifting individual body parts, such as knees or feet, and touching the cord
- Alternating between stretching the magic circle upwards towards the ceiling or towards the feet
- Placing cardboard tubes, rings, or similar objects on the cord and passing them along
- Placing the magic circle on the floor and hopping over it: forwards, backwards, on one leg,...
