SAEHAN® Goniometer Angle Measuring Device Standard
With the Standard goniometer, you can measure the mobility of the joints.
The goniometer for physiotherapy is an important tool for measuring the body. In an examination, the current condition can be determined and a treatment plan can be created.
You measure the values in cm, but you can also read them in the unit of inches. The head is equipped with a limb that can rotate 360° degrees. Here you measure the angle. The scale is of appropriate size and very easy to read. The goniometer is very smooth in operation, but provides enough support to be able to read the measured angle even after removing it from the patient.
The goniometer is used according to the Neutral Zero Method or the SFTR Method. The following joints can be measured by the physiotherapist or doctor:
- Shoulder
- Elbow
- Hand
- Hip
- Knee
- Foot
The angle of movement can be read at different joint positions. Typically, the limbs are aligned with the longitudinal axis of the bone.
