What is step aerobics?
Step aerobics is a classic in the fitness scene and stepping is child's play, making the aerobic stepper suitable for beginners. Once developed as a rehabilitation training, step aerobics has changed over the years into a simple and effective cardiovascular training. As is usual in aerobics, rhythmic movements are used to dance entire choreographies with basic steps for music to be activated. The individual exercises incorporate the aerobic stepper, also called step board or fitness step, into the choreography, e.g. about the sequence of steps with placing a leg on the step, overflowing with turns or climbing similar steps or basic steps. What does step aerobics do?

If you want a particularly demanding workout with even more power, you can also work with dumbbells in addition to the demanding step sequences or basic steps on the board: with the help of dumbbells, not only is your own weight increased, but also the arm and back muscles are stressed during training on the aerobic stepper . Beginners and beginners should, however, only start training with the aerobic stepper alone and not use any additional equipment in the course. Because for beginners, the step to the level is sufficient and then you can slowly expand the training, the intensity and the step to the level with another device.
