Wrist Weights
Wrist weights and other equipment for fitness and functional training
If you want to start with smaller weights, you are well advised to use wrist weights. Wrist weights or foot weights specifically weigh down the respective extremities and thus complicate every possible movement. The additional weights for arm and leg are particularly popular when running, walking or jogging. Barrel weights, as the wrist weights are also called, can of course also be used excellently for strength training. When attached to the foot, the foot cuff makes the leg extension exercise in a four-footed position difficult, and when worn on the wrist, any arm movement becomes an act of strength.
