Exercise with weight bars
With a weight bar or a weight bar you can perform an optimal fitness training for the whole body. Special muscles or muscle groups can be addressed during training or workout and exercises with a barbell or weight bar. With a bar you can do exercises such as for the biceps, bench press or squats. At the same time, a complete whole body workout can be carried out with the dumbbell workout. Depending on the intensity of the dumbbell training or exercise, you can vary the weight of the dumbbell by placing lighter or heavier weight plates or weight plates (different diameters) on the weight bar. The weight plates or weights or weight plates can be attached to the weight bar using various systems.
