Facts about the sport of Fistball

- Fistball is a type of rebound game.
- Two teams (5 players + 3 substitute players per team) face each other.
- The goal, similar to volleyball, is to hit the ball over the net into the opposing field in a way that it cannot be properly returned.
- Weight between 320 and 350 g (women), or between 350 and 380 g (men).
- Circumference of 65 to 68 cm.
- In the youth category, balls with reduced weight are commonly used.
- There is a German Fistball League, similar to a Bundesliga for fistball.
- Germany holds the record for most World Cup victories in fistball.
