INN feather football is played with feet, knees, hips, head, and shoulders, but not with hands. Individually or in groups of up to 6 players, both indoors and outdoors, to stay fit and as warm-up and conditioning training.

Feather footballs are available in the Sport and Game versions:

The Sport version is relatively fast due to the positioning of the feathers and the structure of the foot, making it suitable for advanced and experienced players. The Sport feather football is similar in flight to a regular football and is therefore the standard ball for team play (1-6 players). The Sport feather football is available in white, red, and yellow. The white ball is the official competition ball of the DFfB (German Feather Football Association).

On the other hand, the Game version of feather footballs fly slower due to the positioning of the feathers and the structure of the foot. These feather footballs are therefore suitable for recreational sports, beginners, and children aged 6 and above.

Each feather football is individually packaged in a transport tube to protect the feathers.
