Trautwein® Fango Stirrer ER 50 N

The fango agitator is used in physical therapy as a preparation device for fango paraffin and fango packs. With the fango agitator ER50 N, you can prepare and heat up to 63 kg of fango mass. The double-pressure vessel construction made of stainless steel contains a heat transfer oil, which heats the fango mass evenly and energy-efficiently. The agitator can be used as a tabletop device or placed on a warming cabinet using the attached brackets.

The special counterflow agitator ensures a uniform mixing and heating of the fango mass. The heated outlet valve prevents clogging and clumping of the mass, allowing the fango paraffin to distribute evenly on the fango plate. The fango agitator is mounted in the fango kitchen or on a warming cabinet using screws (diameter: 8 mm).

Difference between aluminum and stainless steel vessel
The vessel of the fango agitator is available in stainless steel and aluminum. The heat transfer in the stainless steel agitator is done through a heat transfer oil. The bottom of the vessel is hermetically sealed with the maintenance-free heat transfer oil. This special construction ensures energy-efficient heating with approximately 30% consumption advantage. Thus, you can keep operating costs low during use.

Note on general fango application
In physical therapy, healing mud or fango packs are used in heat therapy. The fango mass, fango paraffin, is heated in a large vessel and dispensed through the outlet valve. Typically, the fango mass is dispensed onto a plate and then stored in a warming cabinet for application. The thermal mud is kept warm on the body area using fango film and fango towels, thus exerting its effect.

The comfort control system (T5231) offers additional operating comfort and energy-saving settings. With the weekend and holiday program (daily settings), the heating can be economically and efficiently adjusted. The sterilization automatic feature also ensures a gentle heating of the mud mass and cooling stirring overnight.
