The training boards by Erzi® offer a great combination of a classic fingerboard and pegboard, allowing for countless grip and pull-up variations.
This training device provides optimal training for finger strength, grip strength, and upper body strength.
The training board offers 6 plug-in options for the two wooden handles, a total of 11 grip holes for single or double fingers, 8 grip bars, two ball handles, two metal eyelets, and a grip surface on the board. The grip holes, grip bars, and grip surfaces also provide various depths, angles, and slopes for a versatile and challenging workout. Bands can be attached to the metal eyelets as stepping aids to simplify the training.
The training board is made in Germany with a pleasant surface made of birch plywood. The grip surfaces are roughened to ensure optimal grip.
