Erzi® Training Board Large

The training boards from Erzi® offer a great combination of a classic fingerboard and pegboard, allowing for countless grip and pull-up variations.
The training board provides optimal training for finger strength, grip strength, and upper body strength.
The training board offers 11 options for the two wooden grips, a total of 19 grip holes for single or double fingers, 8 grip ledges, 4 ball grips, two metal eyelets, and several different grip surfaces on the board. The grip holes, ledges, and surfaces also provide various depths, angles, and inclinations for a versatile and challenging workout. Bands can be attached to the metal eyelets to serve as stepping aids to simplify the training.
The training board is made with a pleasant surface of birch plywood in Germany. The grip surfaces are roughened to ensure optimal grip.
Whether at home above a door frame or in a bouldering or climbing gym, the training board is suitable for beginners and professionals alike due to its versatility.
