Erzi® Ski Trainer

A ski trainer that not only simulates the movements of skiing but also wonderfully trains flexibility and balance for therapy and fitness. The combination of the unstable bands and the movement of the ski trainer enables the trainee to perform a limitless variety of exercises. Ideal for promoting and maintaining flexibility, strengthening muscles, and preparing for the next ski trip.
In therapy, the ski trainer can greatly support balance and coordination training. The device's height of only 21 cm allows the trainee to easily ascend the device. Especially after injuries or surgeries, the ski trainer can help promote the healing process and the rebuilding of flexibility and muscle strength.

Before training, the difficulty level is adjusted using the locking pins.

Level 1: For level 1, all locking pins should be inserted to hold the ski trainer in a fixed position. In this difficulty level, you have the ability to train various balance exercises on the two "slackline bands".

Levels 2 and 3: For levels 2 and 3, either the upper locking pins are removed to allow additional movements to the left and right, or the lower locking pins are removed to allow movements forward and backward.

Level 4: For level 4, all locking pins are removed. Here, you now have full freedom of movement in every direction.
