The Digi-Extend Hand Trainer is used in many areas of occupational therapy, physiotherapy, hand rehabilitation, and for general muscle weakness. The exercises with the hand exerciser work the forearm, hand, and finger muscles. The hand trainer is used for tendon gliding, carpal tunnel treatment, improving joint movement, and overall muscle strengthening.
The movement of the fingers against resistance also increases hand and finger mobility and flexibility (extension and flexion). Due to its anatomical and ergonomic shape, the Digi-Extend Exerciser fits well in the hand.

Customizable for everyone - 4 different resistances
The set includes 4 different and color-coded resistance bands. The thin bands made of natural rubber can be easily and effortlessly attached to the exercise device. If the bands become worn out, we also offer a replacement set.
