Pull-up bar

Sturdy pull-up bar designed for hanging on rung walls at any height, for pull, stretch, and flexibility exercises. The adjustable construction with a wooden rung is approximately 70 cm wide. The bar can be folded up to save space.

Simply hang the pull-up bar on the desired height of the rung wall. Pull, stretch, and flexibility exercises can be performed on the forward rung. Grip the bar with your hands or hook it with your legs to train your abdominal muscles. After use, the pull-up bar can be conveniently folded up to save space.
