Calisthenics ladder with outrigger

Vertical ladder with an extension arm for adolescents and adults. Training on the ladder strengthens the muscles of the chest, back, arms, shoulders, and abdomen. It also influences balance and improves motor coordination.
The outdoor street workout equipment is made of corrosion-resistant steel and is powder-coated. The construction bars with a square profile of 80 x 80 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm are screwed together and secured with polymer plugs. The fitness equipment is available in Anthracite (RAL 7016) and Gray (RAL 9006). Other RAL colors can also be offered upon request.
