.The products of the Pertra brand are based on the work of Marianne Frostig, a social worker who in the 20th century was particularly concerned about children with learning and partial performance disorders, limited and disabled children. The Pertra concept also incorporated the insights of Maria Montessori, Jean Piaget and other developmental psychologists.
