BOSU - both sides utilized - usable from both sides. The BOSU Balance Trainer Sport is the perfect training device to improve your endurance, fitness, strength, and stability. The half-round ball is versatile and can be combined with many other devices, such as fitness tubes.
Standing, jumping, or lying down, you can perform various exercises on the half-round surface. You effectively train your balance, coordination, strength endurance, and stability. The flat side can be used as a balance board as well as for push-up exercises.
The balance trainer is suitable for all age groups and performance levels. It is also highly effective for balance, equilibrium, and coordination exercises in physiotherapy.

The Balance Trainer PRO is larger than the Balance Trainer Sport. It has a diameter of 65 cm, while the BOSU Balance Trainer Sport has a diameter of 50 cm. In addition, the PRO version features recessed handles on the underside, making it easier to handle the balance trainer.
