BOSU® Balance Trainer PRO

BOSU® - both sides up! The double-sided training device where fun is not neglected. On the half-round surface, you can effectively train balance, coordination, strength endurance, and stability - whether standing, jumping, or lying down. With a diameter of 63 cm, the balance trainer offers a very large exercise area for the user. The flat side can be used both as a balance board and for push-up exercises. The comfortable grip niches on the bottom provide good stability.
A professional training device that is often used in fitness studios for dynamic group training. It is suitable for all ages and performance levels. The BOSU® is also highly suitable for balance, equilibrium, and coordination exercises in physiotherapy.
