BLACKROLL® BLOCK SET
The special set for myofascial self-massage. The set includes 3 fascia tools for a coordinated training. The Blackroll Mini and the Blackroll Ball can be ideally combined with the Blackroll Block and used on the floor, on the wall, simply anywhere and at any time.
The black block has several functions. It serves as an elevation for calf training, as a distance minimizer on the wall, or as a storage box for the Mini Roll and the fascia ball. During Blackroll exercises, the block enhances the intensity and pressure on the fascia.
With the Blackroll products, targeted massage of individual muscles and body parts is possible. Tensions and strained fascial tissue can be loosened through the training.
