BLACKROLL® BLOCK
The Blackroll Block is a useful aid for fascia training and can also be used as a yoga block. The full versatility of the Blackroll Block is unleashed when combined with the Blackroll Ball and the Minirolle. By increasing the elevation during fascia treatment, they penetrate the tissue even more intensely.
When performing self-massage of the fascia, it is important to apply pleasant pressure to the muscles and fascia. The Blackroll Block is the ideal tool for this purpose. The block can be used with a ball against the wall or as an elevation when massaging the lower legs and Achilles tendon.
The open underside of the Blackroll Block provides space for a Blackroll Mini and a Blackroll Ball with a diameter of 8 cm. Alternatively, 3 balls or a DuoBall 8 cm and a regular ball with 8 cm can be attached.
