BIOSWING Propriomed® 100 Swing Bar
The special, short Bioswing Propriomed 100 has a frequency spectrum of 4.8 to 6.0 Hz and is particularly suitable for hand, elbow, shoulder, and cervical spine rehabilitation. Due to its length of only 100 cm, it is also ideal for children's rehabilitation. The frequency can be adjusted by moving the frequency adjusters further in or out.
The oscillation rod is made of high-quality valve spring steel, allowing for resilient swing amplitudes of up to 40 cm. If the desired swing amplitude is consistently achieved during exercises, we recommend using a shorter rod for a more intense effect. The hygienic powder-coated aluminum handle is hypoallergenic and can be disinfected with disinfectant wipes.
The Bioswing Propriomed 100 is used as a proprioceptive exercise device in sports and therapy.

How does the Propriomed vibration rod work?
Swinging with the Propriomed leads to training effects in multiple body systems. Controlled rhythmic stimuli dynamically activate the synergistic muscle groups and provide a special activation of the neuromuscular system. Simultaneously, the muscles in the arms, shoulder girdle, back, entire core, and even the thighs are actively or passively stabilized and strengthened.
Due to the alternating tension and relaxation of the muscles during training with the Propriomed, this can have a positive effect on muscle tone and tension.
