The treadmill offers a generous, intelligently 10-point cushioned running surface on a phenolic resin deck. The incline can be varied from 0-15%, and the speed can be adjusted from 0.8-22 km/h. With eight preset programs, every athlete can find the appropriate level of intensity for their individual training.
