Bergo® Sport Flooring Pickleball Court

Bergo® Flooring combines professionalism and appealing aesthetics in a new generation sports flooring. In contrast to dull, grey playing surfaces made of stone, this sports flooring offers a colorful alternative that inspires movement. The 100% recyclable polypropylene floor tiles are manufactured and used without chemicals, adhesives, microplastics, and emissions, making them very environmentally friendly. Additionally, the material cushions upon landing, resulting in joint-friendly and back-friendly impact. A playing surface made of Bergo® tiles meets all the requirements of EN 14877, including tests for rolling loads (EN1569) and impact resistance (EN 1517), which leads to a 15-year warranty. The tiles can be easily laid and connected by oneself. To protect against vandalism, it is recommended to anchor the floor tiles into the ground.
The total area measures 18.75 m x 9.30 m, with 13.42 m x 6.17 m being the actual playing area. The 173 m² area consists of 1624 individual tiles, including floor tiles (37.5 cm x 37.5 cm), line tiles (37.5 cm x 5 cm), tile edges (37.5 cm x 6 cm), line edges (5 cm x 6 cm), and cross lines (5 cm x 5 cm). All tiles can be freely chosen in color to customize the area and give it a personal touch. Round lines must be drawn separately but are also available in different colors.

The various series of Bergo® sports floor tiles differ in their material and thickness. Above all, the usable sports are different depending on the series.

Bergo® Ultimate (U5101):
The Ultimate tiles are made of polypropylene and manufactured in the simplest version. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for ball sports (basketball, soccer, handball, etc.) and sports without special weight load on the floor.

Bergo® Ultimate Plus (U5102):
The Ultimate Plus tiles are made of polypropylene and in a stronger version with additional struts on the underside. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for sports with high weight loads on the floor (inline skating, cycling).

Bergo® Ultimate Flow (U5125):
The Ultimate Flow tiles are made of polymer composite and in a stronger version. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for all racket sports (padel, pickleball).

Bergo® Ultimate Green Matter (U5128):
The Ultimate Green Matter tiles are made of polypropylene from recycled artificial turf and manufactured in the simplest version. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for ball sports (basketball, soccer, handball, etc.) and sports without special weight load on the floor.

Bergo® Ultimate Plus Green Matter (U5129):
The Ultimate Green Matter tiles are made of polypropylene from recycled artificial turf and manufactured in the simplest version. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for sports with high weight loads on the floor (inline skating, cycling).
