Beluga® Hugi Sand Vest

The Beluga sand vests distribute weight and pressure evenly on the muscle and stress sensors, leading to a significant increase in cognitive performance.

The Hugi sand vests are particularly suitable for children with concentration problems, mild perceptual disorders, and muscular hypotonia. Thanks to their stretchability, the Hugi vest is worn close to the body. The resulting pressure and light weight stimulate the muscles and nerve pathways. The nerve pathways inform the brain about the new situation, prompting the brain to build and balance muscle tone in the torso. Wearing the vests provides a sense of security, similar to a tight hug.

All Beluga vests distribute weight and pressure evenly on the body and are worn close to the body. While classic therapy vests provide rigid/firm support and have a higher weight, the Hugi vests require less weight and can be worn flexibly and softly. With four different colors, a zipper, and a removable hood, the Hugi vest is not only a therapeutic aid but also an aesthetically appealing vest.

Thanks to its stretchability, the Hugi vest can be comfortably worn over regular clothing. Usually, the vest has a small fit in order to generate enough pressure when worn.
