BECO® SharkBike Compact Version
Aquacycling trains coordination, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Cycling in the water is a full-body workout that not only strengthens the legs, but also engages the entire upper body through intense core activation. Therefore, the Aquabike is essential for aquafitness training. Additionally, Aquabike is known for being very gentle on the joints and is excellent for rehabilitation and performance training.
