The Beco® DynaFloat is suitable for use in aquafitness and rehabilitation in shallow water and deep water. Coordination, balance, muscular endurance, and flexibility can be trained.

How is the training aid used?
In a seated position, with the DynaFloat around the upper body, kneeling, sideways with one hand supporting, and much more - with this training device, exercises of all kinds are possible. Increase the buoyancy by inflating the balls less or more strongly.
