Supporting elements in pole vault: Pole vault stands

The pole vault stands of a pole vault facility are protected by a running rail cover to the right and left of the mat, at about the same height as the pole vault box. An applicator is attached to each of them, on which the crossbar is placed so that it can easily fall forward when touched. The crossbar can be placed at different horizontal distances from the zero line of the pole vault box, the pole vault stand can be moved up to 80cm in the direction of the mat.

With a crank, the hight can be easily adjusted (up to 6.50 m). Thanks to the height locking of our pole vault stand with ground sockets, a measured and set pole jump height is always approached exactly, so that it can continue smoothly in a competition even if a failed attempt is made.
