The Wobblesmart® 6 in 1 therapy balance board offers 6 different difficulty levels through a simple rotating motion of the platform. From large diameter (for beginners) to small diameter (maximum instability).
The balance board is used to train balance, posture, and coordination. Training on the unstable platform requires maintaining balance and stable posture.
In addition, the balance board features two handle indents. This allows for challenging exercises in the plank position, in addition to traditional balance training. This way, you not only train your arms or chest, but also simultaneously target the supporting deep muscles.
