Art Outside® Wheelchair Trainer
The wheelchair trainer is an outdoor fitness device that offers versatile use. In addition to strengthening shoulder mobility with the lateral rotating discs, it also provides an additional pull-up bar. This allows for training of the chest, back, and biceps muscles.
Muscle groups targeted:
Guided movements in external and internal rotation facilitate gentle mobilization in the hand, elbow, and shoulder joints. Furthermore, the wheelchair trainer helps improve flexibility and loosen up the shoulder-neck area, while enhancing coordination of the arms.
