Art Outside® Waist Twister

The back trainer from Art Outside is an outdoor fitness device made of high-quality stainless steel. It mobilizes, loosens, and stretches the muscles of the spine through trunk rotation. This movement improves disc nourishment and strengthens hip mobility, thus preventing back problems.
Usage: Stand with your legs on a platform and hold onto the handles. Turn your body from right to left.
