Art Outside® Stepper

Our outdoor fitness equipment Stepper – also known as a full-body trainer or cross trainer – is a very popular sports device suitable for users of all ages. By regularly training with this unique full-body trainer by Art Outside, you can improve endurance, coordination, and strength, contributing to good fitness and health. This fitness equipment does not have adjustable resistance.
The movement execution in a cross pattern ensures an even and balanced engagement of the entire body. This engages both the arms and legs, promoting an improvement in vital functions and coordination skills.
Application: Hold onto the handlebars with both hands and place your feet on the footplates. Move the footplates and handlebars rhythmically.
