Art Outside® Shoulder-Chest Station
The shoulder-chest station is the perfect counterpart to the shoulder-back station. This device uses the user's own body weight to allow for strength training of the upper extremities. It strengthens, activates, and mobilizes the arms, shoulder, and chest muscles.
Application: By pushing forward and then moving the two metal bars back, a uniform strengthening of the arm, shoulder, and anterior chest muscles is achieved. The user once again determines the intensity and range of motion themselves.
