Art Outside® Shoulder-Chest Station
The Art Outside Shoulder-Chest Station made of high-quality stainless steel is very low maintenance due to its excellent craftsmanship. Train your upper extremities with this strength training station. The fitness station is delivered fully pre-assembled.
The shoulder-chest station is the perfect counterpart to the shoulder-back station. This device uses the user's own body weight to allow for strength training of the upper extremities. It strengthens, activates, and mobilizes the arms, shoulder, and chest muscles.
Application: By pushing forward and then moving the two metal bars back, a uniform strengthening of the arm, shoulder, and anterior chest muscles is achieved. The user once again determines the intensity and range of motion themselves.
Targeted muscle groups:
- Arms, shoulder, and chest muscles
- Improved vital functions, increased stability in the thoracic spine
- Enhanced support function as well as improved mobility
