Art Outside® Moving Disc

The Moveable Disc by Art Outside is an outdoor fitness device for training balance. The rotating disc allows for self-determination of different difficulty levels by positioning oneself differently on it. The movements on the disc train body tension, balance, and reaction ability, thus serving fall prevention.
