Art Outside® Mini Ski
The Mini Ski/Hip Swing is primarily designed to improve hip mobility. The focus is on a holistic strengthening of the entire muscle chains and resembles skiing. It targets both the lower and upper body halves. Additionally, the Mini Ski helps improve flexibility and serves as fall prevention.
Application: Hold onto the handles with your hands and place your feet on the platform. Now, swing your body from right to left. Keep your upper body upright.
