Art Outside® Leg Trainer

The leg trainer is a professional outdoor fitness equipment for all generations. The Art Outside leg trainer made of high-quality stainless steel is low-maintenance due to its good workmanship. The movement on the leg trainer mobilizes the major muscle groups of the lower body (legs, buttocks, pelvis) and, with regular training, improves endurance and thus vital functions (e.g. respiration). In addition, user coordination is improved in terms of fall prevention, benefiting especially older people from the leg trainer.
