Art Outside® Leg Press

The Leg Press by Art Outside is a professional fitness equipment for outdoor use, designed to assist you in training your thighs and glutes. This training device also targets calf muscles, core, and especially the back. Proper execution of the exercise helps stabilize the knee joint through muscle building.
The fitness station is delivered fully preassembled.

How to use: Sit on the seat and place your feet on the footrests. Grip the handles with your hands. Push your body up and lower it back down. Perform the exercise slowly and in a controlled manner.
