Art Outside® Leg Lift & Dip Station

The Outdoor Leg Raise - Dip Station is a versatile device suitable for any fitness park operator. It is ideal for strengthening the abdominal muscles and arm muscles while also supporting the stabilization of the lumbar spine. By lifting and lowering the legs, targeted strengthening of the abdominal muscles is achieved. Performing dips on the designated bars primarily engages the triceps and chest muscles.

Application:
Leg Raises: Place forearms on the designated supports and bring the legs towards the upper body through a hip flexion movement.
Dip Station: Grip the bars with hands and alternately push up or lower down. Legs can be kept straight or slightly bent backwards.

Due to the fixation of the upper body and guided movement without additional weights, this device is ideal for beginners.
