Art Outside® Arm Pull-Up Station
This Arm Pull-Up and Push-Up Station is an effective outdoor device for the upper extremities. With this outdoor fitness station, you effectively train your shoulders, arm flexors (biceps), and arm extensor muscles (triceps). In this process, you also strengthen the upper, as well as the lateral, back and chest muscles. By performing the two exercises on this training device, you promote strength, flexibility, and overall vitality. The delivery of the fitness station is made fully assembled.
