The Aquafins are attached to the ankles or wrists. The wing shape increases water resistance, allowing for an effective full-body workout.

Aquafitness with the Aquafins:
With the Aquafins, aquafitness training becomes even more diverse. The Velcro fasteners and fins are made of soft Santoprene® material, which allows for optimal durability and flexibility. They can be comfortably attached to the wrists and ankles. Each set includes two cuffs with Velcro fasteners, a carrying net, and training instructions for body shaping, strengthening the leg muscles, lower and upper back, thighs, arms, and chest.
