Kübler Sport® Anti-Aggression Tree Trunk

The Anti-Aggression Tree Trunk is a product for anti-aggression training.
The tree trunk is easy to grip, maneuver, and move quickly. It is suitable for children, teenagers, and adults. This allows everyone to learn to solve their conflicts fairly and playfully release their pent-up aggressions with the tree trunk.

For children and adolescents, it is important to recognize their aggressive feelings and channel them. In anti-aggression therapy, people learn to deal with violence and aggression and to positively reduce them. One option here is the log or an anti-violence bat. The anti-aggression training works particularly well in a group, following the motto: controlled release of aggression without harming others!

In aggression therapy, it is recommended to establish rules before the exercises. This way, the group has a clear guideline for the anti-aggression training. Possible violations of the rules are often seen as a sign that the participants are not yet ready to perform the respective exercise.
