Anti-Aggression Bat
The anti-aggression training is used for young and older people. Therefore, we offer different anti-violence bats suitable for different groups. In anger therapy, people learn to deal with aggressive feelings and channel them. In various exercises, they are sensitized to the topic of violence and taught how to handle aggression. Accumulated anger and aggression can best be released in a competitive sport within set boundaries and rules. The rules are very important and serve as guidelines for the anti-aggression therapy. The anti-aggression training works particularly well in a group setting with the motto: Controlled release of aggression without harming others! The basic rules are: no harming each other, fair sportsmanship, and no exclusion.
