aerobis® Rowstick

The aerobis® Rowstick allows for pulling, twisting, and pushing movements that specifically target the core and the entire body. Functional fitness training with the Rowstick benefits strength, endurance, and coordination equally. The Rowstick offers hundreds of new exercise variations and can be ideally combined with resistance bands, sling trainers, and kinetic trainers. Thanks to the stainless steel connection loops at both ends, existing fitness equipment can be used even more versatilely.

The new Rowstick model comes in a practical 3-piece design and allows for assembly in two different lengths. Made of galvanized steel and stainless steel, the Rowstick is characterized by durability and robustness. The soft, durable foam coating with a diameter of 33 mm ensures a secure and comfortable grip. The connection loops mounted on bearings rotate with every movement, allowing for a particularly comfortable and efficient workout.
