Ab Coaster CS 1500

Training with the Ab Coaster is different from traditional crunches that target the abdominal muscles from top to bottom. With this training device, you train from bottom to top, minimizing the strain on the neck, back, and shoulders. The Ab Coaster continuously challenges your abdominal muscles from start to finish, ensuring a constant tension with each repetition.

The seat can be adjusted to target the oblique abdominal muscles at different angles, allowing for a complete abdominal workout. It is a core muscle trainer that targets the entire abdominal area and stabilizes the entire core.
