Fascia is fibrous connective tissue of the musculoskeletal system that encases muscles. The realization that the vast majority of overuse injuries in sports do not affect muscle fibers, intervertebral discs, or bones, but rather this fascial tissue, has led to the emergence of so-called "fascia training."
Handlebars completely mounted on a concrete precast foundation with a stainless steel fascia roll holder. The height of the fascia roll is approximately 138 cm and can be immediately put into operation. In a standing position, the musculature of the upper body can be massaged and mobilized.
