Fascia is fibrous connective tissue of the musculoskeletal system that surrounds muscles. The realization that the majority of sports-related overuse injuries do not affect muscle fibers, intervertebral discs, or bones, but rather this fascial tissue, has led to the development of so-called "fascia training."
Handlebars completely mounted on a concrete prefabricated foundation with a stainless steel fascia roll holder. The height of the fascia roll is approximately 83 cm and can be put into operation immediately. In a standing position, the muscles of the buttocks and legs can be massaged and mobilized.
